To continue to provide value to the ExakTime offering, we are including a new question type to the ExakTime forms feature. We are adding the ability for an Equipment selection question type. This question type will allow users to within an ExakTime form select from the companies active Equipment entity listing.

Requirements
- Equipment select will require ExakTime Mobile version 2.98 on both iOS and Android.
- If a user’s mobile device is on version 2.97 or below, the equipment type question will not appear within the form. Users will still be able to fill in other question type within that form until their ExakTime Mobile version is updated.
Forms Manager
Adding Equipment Selection
Within the ExakTime forms manager, equipment selector can be added via the forms designer when adding or editing a form.
Selecting the Equipment element will prompt users to enter the short question text, question text, and make the question required, if applicable.
The page preview within the forms designer will show a sample list of equipment.
ExakTime Mobile
The Equipment selector on ExakTime Mobile will look and behave as shown in the following screenshots.
- Users will click on the question text
- The ExakTime Mobile equipment selection page will appear.
- Equipment Groups are supported in this view
- After selection, the equipment is shown in the question response text
ExakTime Forms Reporting
All standard forms reports and advanced analytics have been updated to support the display of equipment response selection.
