As the quarter-end approaches, it is crucial to take the necessary steps to ensure the seamless processing of your tax filings. Please review the following tax-related updates and confirm that your payroll account is fully prepared for quarter-end filing.
Update Missing Tax Information
We are unable to file on your behalf if essential tax information is missing. Please take a few minutes to verify the following:
- Missing Tax IDs - If you have any "Applied For" Tax IDs, please update them with valid Tax Identification Numbers. To do this, navigate to Setup > Documents, then click RESUBMIT on the specific tax agency form to update your tax IDs.
Missing POA/TPA - Ensure that the necessary authorization has been granted for us to file on your behalf by reviewing your TPA/POA files. You can access these forms by navigating to Setup > Documents, where you can DOWNLOAD or RESUBMIT them as needed.
Invalid SSNs - Employees with invalid SSNs cannot be filed for state unemployment taxes. You can verify employee onboarding issues on your Arcoro Dashboard. Click any line item to see the details of what needs attention.
