A common question we receive is if it is possible for an employee to not be able to clock in/out on ExakTime Mobile and instead be clocked in by a Supervisor.
If your employee has any ExakTime Mobile Security Role and PIN, they will be able to clock in/out for themselves on any copy of ExakTime Mobile connected to your ExakTime Connect account, as it is a default ability that cannot be taken away. Even if you were to create an ExakTime Connect Security Role with no permissions enabled, the ability to clock in/out for themselves is inherent to the Security Role.
