Maintaining your HH2 Synchronization Client

The HH2 synchronization client is used to sync data between Core HR and Sage 100 & Sage 300. If you encounter issues when using the client, you or your IT professional may need to maintain the client by updating the software, restarting the service, and more. While we cannot account for every situation, we have provided information on common situations below. You may need assistance from your IT team depending on your company's protocols and security.

Updating Your HH2 Synchronization Client

If you encounter issues with syncing data between Core HR and Sage 100 & Sage 300, double-check your version of HH2, the version on the HH2 Synchronization website, and update the client with our steps below or the official steps from HH2 linked here. You can also do this periodically to prevent known issues that the updated client resolves.

We offer a video training for this topic on Arcoro Learning.

  1. Access the computer/server that is hosting your Sage application.
  2. Open the HH2 Sync software and check the version in the bottom right.
