The April monthly deployment will include the following product updates for the ExakTime product (Time).
ExakTime Forms Designer Update
We have found situations where users were unable to save on the forms designer page when the form was very large, resulting in a timeout during the page load. This update will increase the form’s designer page timeout to 90 seconds. This will allow users to create larger, more dense custom forms.
Time Card Summary Update
Time Card Summary will now display a drop-down to configure how many employee records will be listed.
Previously, only 50 employee records per page was the default and not configurable. This update will allow users to select 50, 100, or 150 employees to display per page.
My Settings Notifications Verbiage Update
Under My Settings, a logged-in users’ personal settings menu. The verbiage for scheduler and approval notifications has been updated to provide better clarity for the user.
The notifications sections will appear for a user based on their security permission for relevant features
If the account has Daily Approvals enabled:
- New section for "Daily Approval - Employee" notifications shown if the user has one of the following security options:
- Web - Allow Employee Approval
- Mobile - Approve Own Time
- New section for "Daily Approval - Supervisor" notifications is shown if the user has one of the following security options:
- Web - Allow Supervisor Approval
- Mobile - Supervisor Approve Time
- New section for "Daily Approval - Sign Off" notifications shown if the user has one of the following security options:
- Web - Allow Signoff Approval
