Keeping ExakTime Mobile up to date ensures that you have the latest features and bug fixes. It is best to update ExakTime Mobile on Wi-Fi in case you have a limited cellular data plan.
Before updating ExakTime Mobile, it is advised to sync all unsent information such as field notes and time records to your ExakTime Connect system to prevent any unforeseen data loss.
Please keep in mind that ExakTime Mobile only supports the following iOS and Android versions:
- iOS: The latest public version and up to one previous version.
- Android: The latest public version and up to two previous versions.
Current Supported OS & ExakTime Mobile Version
As of December 2025, the latest version of:
- iOS is version 26.
- Android is version 16.
As of April 2026, the latest major version of ExakTime Mobile is 2.107 and supports the following OS versions:
- iOS versions 18 and 26.
- Android versions 14, 15, and 16.

Checking the ExakTime Mobile Version
The easiest way to check your current ExakTime Mobile version is through the app itself.
- Tap Help from the menu of ExakTime Mobile.
- The version and revision number should be listed towards the bottom or top of the app depending on your version.
Updating ExakTime Mobile on iOS
- Go to the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon towards the top-right of the screen.
- Scroll down to see available updates. Press Update next to ExakTime Mobile or press Update All to update all available apps. If there is still no option to update ExakTime Mobile, then you have the latest version available for your device.
- Go to the App Store.
- Go to Updates in the bottom bar.
- If there is an available ExakTime Mobile update, press Update. If it is not listed, you can pull the window down to check for any new updates. If there is still no option to update ExakTime Mobile, then you have the latest version available for your device.
Updating ExakTime Mobile on Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Press your profile icon towards the top-right in the search bar.
- Tap Manage apps & device.
- Press the Manage tab..
- Look for ExakTime Mobile and press the app entry.
- Press Update.
- Go to the Play Store.
- Press the three lines in the top left to show the menu.
- Go to My Apps & Games.
- If there is an available update for ExakTime Mobile, press Update. If there is no update available, then you already have the latest available version for your device.
