Sharing jobs to social networks at the time of posting a job is available in the Applicant Tracking System. Posting to the social network will be based on the user’s credentials within each social network and must be set up from the Administration page and the social networks in use can be limited.
You can currently share your job postings to:
- Buffer - A scheduling tool for social media management.
- Facebook - Gives people the power to share and make the world more open and connected.
- LinkedIn - Connects the world’s professionals to make them more productive and successful.
- Twitter - Let the world get to know what is happening.
Log In to Company Social Media Account
Before sharing your job posting to social media, make sure that you signed in to your company's social media account. If you are logged in to your personal social media account when posting/sharing your job posting, it will be shared on your personal social media account.

- Use the toggle to enable desired job boards.

Enabling Social Media for Job Posting
Allows organizations to pick and choose which social media networks are available for users to share job posts.
When reaching "Step 3 – Job Distribution" of creating a job requisition and/or a job posting, you will have the option to select which social networks you want to distribute your job posting to. Select the Social Networks you wish to distribute to at the time of job posting by using the Yes/No toggle (by default, these are off) located below the job board selection sections when posting a job.
Sharing to Social Media
Log In to Company Social Media Account
Before sharing your job posting to social media, make sure that you signed in to your company's social media account. If you are logged in to your personal social media account when posting/sharing your job posting, it will be shared on your personal social media account.
When Posting a Job
When you are posting a job and if social media sites have been toggled, you will be prompted to share the job posting to the selected social media site(s).
From a Job Profile
- Click Jobs from the top menu.
- Click the job title under the "Job Title" column while viewing the table for your jobs.
- Expand Job Distribution.
While viewing the "Job Distribution" section of a job posting, the Social Networks that can be shared to will appear in white, and others will be grayed out. In the activity history log, a history of who shared it and what Social Network they shared to will be logged.
From the Job List Page
Click Jobs from the top menu.
The allowed social networks can be found under the social media column on the Job List page. Click on the Social Network icon to initiate the sharing process. Actions here will also be tracked in the activity history log.
