A candidate’s stage and disposition can be changed individually or using the bulk action feature from the profile of a job posting. Candidate stages and disposition codes can also be configured to send an email template to help notify key users when selecting a stage or disposition.
Candidate Stages and Dispositions can also be changed with System Guided Dispositioning if enabled for a user. For more information, you can refer to the following dedicated article.
Navigating to a Job Profile
- While logged in to the Applicant Tracking System, click from the top menu.
- While viewing the table for your jobs, click the job title under the "Job Title" column.
For an Individual
- Click the
Edit icon or the text of the stage or disposition for the candidate.
- A dropdown will appear. Select the desired stage or disposition. The options listed may differ based on your setup. - If an email template is attached to the selected stage or disposition, a pop-up will appear to confirm the email. Click .
- If the candidate was dispositioned they will move to the InActive bubble of the job profile.
For Multiple Candidates
- Select one or more candidates using the checkbox to the left of the candidate's name.
- Use the button in the upper right corner of the page to open a drop-down menu
- Click or
- Select the Stage or Disposition from the drop-down menu that the candidate will be in. Click when done.
- If an email template is attached to the selected stage or disposition, a pop-up will appear to confirm the email. Click .
- There will be a confirmation when the stage or disposition has been changed.
