A summary of the employee's information such as the new hire's personal information, emergency contact, tax information, i9 information, information relating to government documents, and custom fields can be reviewed from the Electronic Filing Cabinet.
Navigating to the Electronic Filing Cabinet
- While in the Onboarding module, click Electronic Filing Cabinet from the top menu bar.
- The Electronic Filing Cabinet will list your employees.
- Click the name of the employee under the "Full Name" column.
- You will be presented with a summary of the employee's info containing their:
- Personal Information
- Emergency Contact (If enabled)
- Tax Information
- I-9 Information
- Document Information Used to Verify Employee's Identity And Eligibility to Work
- Custom Fields
- Clicking Print will let you print the employee's information.
