An employee's Development Plan can be reviewed by the employee, their manager, or the Admin of Succession to keep up to date on an employee's progress.
Manager & Admin View
Managers and Admins can view an employee's Development Plan from the Development Plans page or from the employee's profile.
Development Plan Page
- Click Development Plans from the menu of the Succession module.
- Select the employee(s) from the provided drop-down menu and click View.
- Click the PDF
icon to view a PDF copy of the Development Plan.
Employee Profile
- Click the People button from the menu bar of the Succession module.
- Click the Employee's name.
- Click the Development Plan name to view a PDF copy.
Employee View
Employees can review their Development Plan(s) from the Succession home page.
- Click the Development Plan button.
- Click the PDF
