Succession Plans are part of the Succession Planning module. If an employee has a Succession Plan assigned to them, it will show up here. The Admin can view, approve and delete a plan. By clicking on the name of the succession plan, it will expand in the window and allow the Admin to approve the plan by selecting Approve, or delete the plan by selecting Delete.
