Use Participant Tracking to review who has or has not completed the evaluation.
Navigating to Participant Tracking
Go to 360 Admin in the menu bar and click Participant Tracking.
Using Participant Tracking
- Project Name - Select from the drop-down which project you want to track and view
- Select the option for who/how to review your participants:
- Summary report - Select either of the summary report options:
- Incomplete 360 Evaluations
- Complete 360 Evaluations
- Search by Ratee - Select by individual
- Summary report - Select either of the summary report options:
- The following information will appear at the bottom of the page:
- Ratee Name
- Rater Name
- Perspective
- Completed Status
Ratees Report
After selecting the ratee, click View Ratee's Report to generate a PDF copy of the ratings an employee received. It will not list the rater and only the ratings/averages provided.
