Navigating to Candidate List
If not already there, click from the top menu bar.
The candidate pool is a searchable database made up of all candidates that have previously applied to jobs or have been manually added by recruiters, using the Add Candidate button. If you have a hosted careers page, Candidates that select to join your talent community will also be included in the candidate pool.
As the candidate pool has all of your overall candidates/applicants regardless of the job posting, location, etc., access to the candidate pool is reserved for high-level users such as administrators.
