The candidate pool can be searched using search options or the filter by selections.

Basic Filter Options

Basic filter options include:

• First Name
• Last Name
• City
• State
• Date
  • Within the last 7 days
  • Within the last 30 days
  • Within the last 90 days
• Labels
• Account Name

Search Options

To show the search options, click Click here to show search criteria.

You can use any of the following fields to search through a candidate's profile:

• All of these keywords
• Any of these keywords
• The Exact Phrase
• Within # of miles of Postal code:
  • 10 Miles
  • 25 Miles
  • 50 Miles
  • 100 Miles
  • 250 Miles
• Candidate Comments/Notes

Searching Phone Numbers - If searching for a full or partial phone number, we will search through the main number, alternate 1, and alternate 2 fields of a candidate's contact information.

• Do not use special characters like dashes, parentheses, or spaces.
• When searching for a partial phone number, you must enter the beginning of the phone number and use the wildcard '*' at the end. For example, if searching for 7423578961.
  • 742* - Works
  • 357* - Does not work
  • *357* - Does not work
  • *8961 - Does not work
• If there is a sequence of numbers that appears in the candidate's profile but is not part of their contact information, the candidate will still be listed in your search.

Searching Emails - If searching for a full or partial email, we will search for the email address of a candidate's contact information.

• When searching for a partial email, you must enter the beginning of the email and use the wildcard '*' at the end. For example, if searching for edgar@email.com.
  • edg* - Works
  • gar* - Does not work
  • *dga* - Does not work
• Emails must be unique to each candidate's contact information. If it is not, the latest information candidate will overwrite the previous candidate's data. This behavior will only be present if more than one candidate is using the same email address when applying.
