Performance is a full-featured solution for managing the performance evaluation process, including flexible and unlimited form creation, automatic notifications, manage goals, competency management, taking notes on employees and 360 multi-rater feedback.
After users receive an email notification informing them of an evaluation assignment, users can log into the system and see a “To-Do” list, identifying anything assigned to them that should be completed. Using the “To-Do” list, or the “My Tasks” widget on the Unified Dashboard, users are only one click away from completing their evaluation forms. The Unified Dashboard can be configured to be an employee’s home screen, and can be used in addition or instead of the “To Do” list, depending on company preferences.
