Onboarding offers a variety of standard reports for generation and export, such as New Hire Complete and Incomplete, Signature Transaction, and Users by Location.

List of Available Reports

| E-Verify Errors | Errors that occurred during the E-Verify process. | |
| New Hires - Complete | Employees who were hired between the dates specified who are currently employed with your company. | |
| New Hires - Incomplete | Employees that were hired between the dates specified who are currently employed with your company but have not completed the new hire set up process. | |
| SFTP Report | This report allows the user to export the nightly SFTP data. | |
| Signature Transaction | Records of digital signatures that were made between the specified dates. | |
| Users by Location | Users and the locations they are assigned to as well as their job titles. | |
| I-9 Audit Report | For use in auditing I-9 data within the new hire experience. Exporting the report will provide full details behind the actions taken on the form. | |
| Deletion of Records Audit Report | For use in auditing employee documents and record data deletion within the Electronic Filing Cabinet. |
