Set up the steps for the Succession Plan an employee would need to complete. Assigned Succession Plans cannot be edited or have items added to them.
Navigating to Succession Plans Steps
- Go to Admin in the menu bar and click Succession Plans Steps from the Succession module.
Managing Succession Plan Steps
- Edit - Click Edit to modify the details of the step.
- Delete - Click Delete to remove a step from plan.
Setting Up Succession Plan Steps
- Select the Succession Plan from the drop-down menu.
- Click New Item....
- Set up the step.
- Title - The title will appear in the list from the employee's view.
- Description - The description will appear in the list from the employee's view
- Click New Item... if you want to set up a training for the employee.
- Click Save when finished.
