Article/Content Retiring
The following article or its contents will be retired, as it will be fully replaced by the People page of the Arcoro Unified Experience. The Unified Experience allows you to use/manage all of your employees across multiple Arcoro modules and set up users who need access and permissions to various modules from a single page.
Goals are part of the Performance module of the Talent Management System and all goals can be reviewed from the employee profile in a view-only mode.

From Talent Management, click Account Admin from the menu near the top-right.

Click Edit for the employee to view their profile.

The Details tab should be the initial tab you see when viewing the employee profile. Click the Goals tab.
From the employee profile, Administrators will be able to see columns for:
- Goal Title
- Goal Description
- Assigning Manager
- Created Date
