Training is part of the Learning Management System (LMS). This will show all Learning Plans and Courses assigned to the employee. The Admin can view the details of the Learning Plan, by selecting "View" next to the Learning Plan name. For Courses, the Admin can view the Course Title, Status (complete, incomplete), Completed Date and Grade, if applicable.
