Notices are tied to the LMS and will show up when the employee first selects Talent from the Modules drop-down. A pop-up will appear with the Notice/Message, along with the employee's To Do List.
Navigating to Notices
- From Talent Management, click Account Admin from the menu near the top-right.
- Click Company Setup to open the menu, then click Notices.
The Notices page will show columns for:
- Title for the Notice
- Job Code
- Effective & Expiration Date
Clicking the column header will sort the list.
Adding a New Notice
- Click New Item....
- Fill out the available fields for the notice (* - Required)
- Select if the notice should be assigned to All Employees or certain job code(s).
- Specify the effective and expiration date that the notice will be active.*
- Title
- Description*
- The description field allows HTML. For some example, putting <b></b> around text will make it bold.
- Click Save when finished.
Editing a Notice
- Click Edit towards the left of a notice.
- Edit the fields for the notice (* - Required)
- Select if the notice should be assigned to All Employees or certain job code(s).
- Specify the effective and expiration date that the notice will be active.*

- Click Save when finished.
Deleting a Notice
- Click Delete towards the left of a notice.
- You will see a confirmation model. Click OK.
How the Notice Appears
- When employees/users log in to talent management, they will see the notice like below:
- If the employee/user has a to do list, it will be listed below the notice like below:
