Leads Overview

Leads are generally used in sales to acquire new users on the HRIS system. These can be brokers, companies, service bureaus, or decision-makers. To assist sales in tracking leads and increase business, leads may need to be added.

To access the Leads page:

  1. Click the menu button in the top left.


  2. Click Leads.


When you arrive at the Leads page, all existing leadswill be listed with the:

  • Company name
  • Company type
  • # of employees
  • Estimated revenue
  • Producer of the lead, if assigned.
  • Sales status
  • Lead Source
  • Date lead captured
  • Date of the latest note


The action drop-down menu lets you:

  • Add New Lead
  • Delete Selected Record(s)
