The statuses of the job postings can be changed by clicking on the job title and on the right-hand side of the screen there will be a “Status” option with a pencil next to it. All job statuses can be changed except when a job is closed. Once it is closed, it will need to be reposted utilizing the steps on how to post a job.
These are the different job statuses that can be selected for invidiuals:
- Open
- On-Hold
- Closed
- All
- Requisitions
- Drafts
How to Change an Individual Job Status
While logged in to the Applicant Tracking System, click Jobs from the top menu.
While viewing the table for your jobs, click the job title link under the "Job Title" column.
On the right-hand side under 'Job Information', click the edit icon
next to status.
Change the status with the provided drop-down.
Updating Open/On-Hold Job Statuses in Bulk
- Click Jobs from the menu bar.
- Select either Open or On-Hold to list jobs with the given status.
- Select the job(s) to update the status with the checkboxes to the right, up to 50 on a single page.
- Click # Jobs Selected.
- Select the desired status from the drop-down menu. The options listed will differ depending on whether you are viewing Open or On-Hold job postings.
- Confirm the changes to be made.
- You will receive a confirmation message after the status has been changed.
- If one or more jobs cannot be updated, the system will identify the failed records and preserve successful updates.
- The ATS will send your standard position-filled communication to applicants for affected jobs when applicable.
