The Engagement Dashboard displays two horizontal bar charts reporting on the average engagement by month. Revise and click Refresh to select desired date range (range will default to 12 month period, with End Date shown as present day).
Total Average Engagement Score - Displays the average engagement scoring across all Accounts by month (for the selected date range).
Total Average Promoter Score - Displays the average net promoter score across all submissions by Quarter (for the selected date range).
