The Printable Reports dashboard houses a variety of canned reports for download via PDF and/or Excel spreadsheet. Revise and click Refresh to select desired date range (range will default to 12 month period, with End Date shown as present day).
ACA - Data retrieved from ACA enabled accounts across all Accounts by month (for the selected date range).
Permissions Reports - Data retrieved from active user Permissions set up within each account (for the selected date range). These reports are helpful for looking at user permissions across accounts.
General Reports - Data collected from General Account info.
Engagement - Data generated from the Account Engagement screens. These reports provide a downloadable report to compare accounts for strategically driving engagement and reducing churn.
