Map all benefits that need to be rolled into next year. No Mapping should be used and selected for benefits that are recently added and were not offered last year. Any Benefits that should come into this year’s package as Waive should also be selected as No Mapping. Benefits that should be mapped with the rollover must have the same effective date. For off cycle benefits we will need to create a separate mapping for those specific benefits.
To Map the benefits:
- Review that the "(Benefit) From" Column and the "(Benefit) To" Column are mapping as desired i.e. Medical is mapping to Medical. Select from each of the drop boxes provided the benefit provided should map to.
- Note: If for any reason you need to update what the benefit from is mapping to or you do not want a benefit to be mapped use the drop-down menu to change the benefit to either another benefit or to state No Mapping.
- Click Save and Continue when ready for the next step.
