Survey Options
- Activate this Survey for the Configured Respondents
- Results gathered in this survey will be anonymous
- This Survey should be graded (Correct answers must be identified for each question)
- Display incorrectly answered questions along with correct answer to respondent at the end of the survey

- Name of the Survey
- Description of Survey for internal reference.
- Instructions to respondents
- Confirmation text to responders
