Invoice Management - Update Invoices

With "Update Invoices" from the Actions drop-down menu, you can add and save information to the following fields:

  • Received Date
  • Amount Received
  • Trace Number

To update an invoice(s):

  1. Enter the appropriate information into any of the fields listed above.


  2. Check the box towards the far-right for the account.


  3. Open the Actions drop-down menu and click Update Invoices.
