Employees by Job Code
This report can be filtered by job code to see who is assigned to the job code. You can select the job code of the report with the drop-down menu.
This report provides the following columns:
- Division (This column has been depreciated and can be ignored)
- District (This column has been depreciated and can be ignored)
- Description
- First Name
- Last Name
- Employee ID
- Hire Date
Logins by Active Person – Past 30 Days
This report helps track who has logged in to the Talent Management System.
This report provides the following columns:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Employee ID
- Job title
- Salary/hourly
- Login Count
People Detail Report
This report will list employee's general information.
This report provides the following columns:
- Name
- Job Code
- Job Title
- Hire Date
- Username
- Manager
- Company Location
People Detail Report With PID
This report provides the following columns:
- Employee First Name
- Employee Last name
- Employee ID
- User Name
- PID
- Active
User Permissions Reports
This report will repeat lines for every role and includes inactive/active users.
This report provides the following columns:
- First
- Preferred First Middle
- Last Name
- User name
- Location
- Business Unit
- Role Name
- Permission Name
