The Workflows Tile of the Admin Homepage will indicate the number of Workflows that require your attention. Workflows must be configured via the Workflow Management Module to use this feature.

Assigned Workflows List
The Workflows page will display steps that have been assigned to the Admin and require their action as part of a Workflow process (i.e. Time Care Approval, Employee Onboarding steps, Employee Offboarding steps, etc)
There will be columns for:
- Workflow Instance - Name of the Workflow Instance. Generally the name of the workflow and the employee to complete the workflow.
- Step - The name of the current Workflow step
- Instructions - Hovering over the icon will show any instructions provided for the workflow step.
- Start Date - The date the Workflow step was assigned.
- Target Duration - The duration that the Workflow step is expected to be completed.
- Total Duration - The actual duration that the Workflow step has been open.
- % Complete - Indicates the percentage of steps that have been completed for the Workflow Instance.
Completing a Workflow Step
While viewing Workflows, to complete a step or multiple steps:
- Select a step to complete by checking the box(es) with the leftmost column.
- Click Complete at the top.
Printing Workflow Steps
While viewing Workflows, you can save a list of all of your current workflow steps in a PDF or Excel format. Click the appropriate option to download the PDF/XLS file.
Reviewing Workflow Details
Workflow Step
Clicking the link under the 'Workflow Instance' column allows you to view additional details about the workflow instance.
The 'Workflow Steps' tab will have columns for:
- Step - The name of the Workflow step(s).
- Instructions - Hovering over the icon will show any instructions provided for the workflow step.
- Resource - The expected resource for the step.
- Start Date - The date the Workflow step was started.
- End Date - The date that the Workstep step was completed.
- Target Duration - The duration that the Workflow step is expected to be completed.
- Actual Duration - The actual duration that the Workflow step has been open.
Workflow Summary
The fields below display Summary information for this workflow instance. Click the Save Instance button to save any changes to the "Target Completion Date" or the Comments field.
System Generated Emails
Once the workflow has been initiated, the system will generate automatic notifications. The System Generated Emails table lists the initial notification and reminder emails that have been sent related to this workflow instance.
Reports
The Reports tab provides one-click reports for viewing information for the specific workflow instance.
The Workflows tab provides the ability to have workflows triggered when certain events occur within the Time & Attendance Module. Workflows must be configured via the Workflow Management Module to use this feature.
The following Events are available:
- Time Clock: Time Card Submitted - this action will occur anytime an Employee submits a Time Clock Time Card from the Employee Portal.
- Time Clock: Time Card Approved - this action will occur anytime a Time Clock Time Card is approved.
- Time Clock: Time Card Denied - this action will occur anytime a Time Clock Time Card is denied.
- Timesheet: Time Card Submitted - this action will occur anytime an Employee submits a Timesheet Time Card from the Employee Portal.
- Timesheet: Time Card Approved - this action will occur anytime a Timesheet Time Card is approved.
- Timesheet: Time Card Denied - this action will occur anytime a Timesheet Time Card is denied.
