The Employee Card section can be seen from the top of the page when viewing any employee information.
The Employee Card will show a variety of information such as:
- Profile
- Employee Name - The employee's name is based on the name entered from the Personal tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
- ID - The employee's ID is based on the Employee ID entered from the Employee tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
- Contact
- Phone - The employee's phone number is based on the work phone number entered from the Employee tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
- Email - The employee's email is based on the work email entered from the Employee tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
- Status
- Title - The employee title is based on the title entered from the Employee tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
- Employee - The employee status is based on the employee status selected from the Employee tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
- Benefit - The benefit listed here is based on the benefit status selected from the Employee tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
- Timeline
- Hire & Termination Date - The employee's hired and termination date is based on the dates entered for the respective fields from the Employee tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
- Manager
- Time - The time manager is based on the manager selected from the Employee tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
- Perf - The performance manager is based on the manager selected from the Employee tab of the employee's Demographic Info.
Clicking either of the blue arrows on the left or right of the Employee Card will take you to the previous or next employee based on your employee search results. For example, if you searched for "Cook", then clicking the blue arrows will only take you to employees found by searching for "Cook".
The Employee Information section allows you to easily view an overview about an employee's status within the company. From Original Hire Date, Termination Date if applicable, Employee Type, Supervisor and the assigned organizational levels.
