The "Assets" menu for an employee profile allows you to track what company assets are in use or under the control of the employee, such as a vehicle or computer.

Search for the employee that you want to manage.

Hover over "Employee" and click Assets.
- Asset - Name/title of the asset. Clicking the name of the asset allows you to edit the asset information.
- Asset Tag - The tracking number for company property.
- Date Issued
- Value
- Notes
From the Actions drop-down menu, you can:
Creating an Asset Record

Click from the Actions drop-down menu.

Enter relevant information for this asset.
- Date Issued
- Value of Asset
- Description - Name/title of the asset.
- Asset Tag - A number/code, typically created by you or a third-party inventory system, to track company property.
- Notes
- Click when finished.
Print a List of Asset(s)

Use the checkbox(es) to the far right of the asset(s).

From the Actions drop-down menu, click .

Confirm the printing of your asset list.

After confirming, you will download a PDF copy of your asset list. An example of this PDF has been provided below:
Delete an Asset

Use the checkbox(es) to the far right of the asset(s).
