The "Data Entry" tab allows an Administrator to enter the Metric Data for an employee. Employees can also create Personal Goals, separate from the Campaign Goals, and their Personal Goals will be tracked in addition to the company’s Campaign Goals.
Navigating to Wellness Campaigns for the Employee Profile
- Expand employees, expand HR Data, then click Wellness Campaigns to reach Wellness Campaigns from the menu. If you are viewing the employee profile, you can hover over HR Data, then click Wellness Campaigns.
- Click the Data Entry tab.
From this tab, you will fields to enter:

Metric Goals
- Campaign Goal - The goal of the wellness campaign.
- Personal Goal - The personal goal of the employee for the selected wellness campaign.
- Metric Entry - The entry date and metric value
And columns for:
- Entry Date
- Metric Value
From the Actions drop-down menu, you can:
Updating the Personal Goal
- Select the appropriate wellness campaign and metric. Click Refresh.
- Enter a personal goal and use the drop-down menu if it's a target value or percentage. Click Update Goal.
- The personal goal from the dashboard tab will reflect the update.
Adding a Metric Value
- Select the appropriate wellness campaign and metric. Click Refresh.
- Specify the entry date and enter the metric value. Click Save Entry.
- The saved entry should appear in the list.
Updating a Metric Value
- Select the appropriate wellness campaign and metric. Click Refresh.
- Click the entry date of the metric value to update.
- Update the metric value. Click Save Entry when finished.
Deleting a Metric Value
- Select the appropriate wellness campaign and metric. Click Refresh.
- Use the checkbox(es) for the metric value(s) to delete.
- Click Delete Selected Record(s) from the Actions drop-down menu.
