Reviews for the Employee Profile of Core HR

The "Reviews" menu allows an Administrator to create records of reviews for employees. This is in lieu of the automated scheduling Frequency that is associated with each Review Form.

Navigating to Employee Reviews
  • Search for the employee that you want to manage.

  • Hover over "Performance" and click Reviews.

The "Reviews" menu provides the following columns:

  • Review Date
  • Employee
  • Reviewer - Click the name to view and update the review record assigned.
  • Review Form - Click the name of the review form to review the employee.
  • Date Completed
  • Print Review - Download a PDF copy of an employee's completed review.
  • Score

The Actions drop-down menu allows you to:

Adding a Review Record

  1. Click Add Review from the Actions drop-down menu.

  2. Enter the appropriate information for the review record:

    • Reviewer - (Required) Select the employee or performance manager who will complete the review form.
    • Review Form - (Required) Select the appropriate Review Form.
    • Review Date - The date the review was assigned.
    • Workflow - Select the workflow to attach to the review record. The workflow cannot be modified after saving the review record.
    • Date Completed/Signed - The Date Completed/Date Signed can be left blank as they will be populated when the Reviewer completes the Review Form.  
    • Review Form Score - This is the score calculated and populated from the completed Review Form and can only be changed by resubmitting the Review.
    • Override Score - The Override Score is used when Administrators wish to enter a score that differs from the weighted Review Form source.
  3. Click Save Review Record when finished.

Starting a Review

  1. Click the name to review the employee.

  2. Progress through the review form as instructed.

Edit a Review Record

  1. Click the name of the reviewer.

  2. Update the review record as appropriate. The workflow is the only field that cannot be modified.

  3. Click Save Review Record when finished.

Delete a Review Record

  1. Select a review record with the checkbox to the right.

  2. Click Delete Selected Reviews from the Actions drop-down menu.

  3. Confirm the record deletion.
