5/2025 – Time (ExakTime) Release Notes – Menu Updates

The Time (ExakTime) product monthly deployment for May will include the following product updates to remove redundant menu items.

Updates to ExakTime Menus

This initiative aimed to consolidate and standardize UI components across the Time product pages.

Time Off Plans

Removal of "Add Plan" and "Add Plan Type" from the side menu.

Expenses

Removal of "Add Expense" and "Add Expense Type" from the side menu.

Alerts and Notifications

Add columns to the Notifications Menu

The customer alerts and notifications grid will be updated to include three columns to communicate more clear and concise information to the user.

  1. Created On: Date and time the alert or notification was created by a user
  2. Scheduled For: If a notification was scheduled for a future date/time. The date/time the notification was scheduled for will display. If the notification was not scheduled for a future date/time or an alert was sent. This column will be blank
  3. Sent On: The date/time the alert or notification was sent to intended recipients on.
