What is Arcoro Learning?
Arcoro Learning is an online training hub designed to support customers in learning and using Arcoro products. It includes on-demand video tutorials, webinar recordings, and live training sessions across all Arcoro modules.
Who can use Arcoro Learning?
Any Arcoro customer can access Arcoro Learning. Whether you’re an HR manager, administrator, or end user, the site offers resources tailored to different roles and experience levels.
Where do I access Arcoro Learning?
Visit https://learning.arcoro.com. You can bookmark the site for quick access or reach it through the Support Center.

Content & Features

What types of training are available?

How often is content updated?

Can I request a custom training?
Yes! If you’ve purchased additional training hours, your assigned Training Specialist can help you schedule a custom session. Users may also complete a free Video Tutorial Request located at the bottom of the Video Tutorial page. 

Using the Site

Do I need a login to use Arcoro Learning?
No login is required, only email registration. The content is publicly available, so your entire team can benefit from the resources anytime. Your email registration is required to activate the customizations available on the site (e.g., Favorites, Recently Watched, etc.).
Can I search for specific topics?
Yes. Use the search bar at the top of the site to find videos and webinars by keyword or product name.
How do I subscribe to updates?
Click the “Subscribe” button on the homepage to receive email updates when new content is posted or new webinars are announced.

Live Training & Webinars

What are Office Hours?
Office Hours are free, weekly live sessions hosted by Arcoro Training Specialists. Customers can drop in for 15-minute sessions to ask questions or get clarification on specific product features.
Do I need to register for webinars?
Yes, registration links are provided on the site under the Upcoming Live Trainings section.

Support & Additional Help

Is Arcoro Learning the same as the Support Central?
Not exactly. Arcoro Learning is focused on training and education, whileSupport Central is where you can submit support tickets and find technical troubleshooting articles.
Who do I contact if I have questions about the training content?
