When trying to load courses, such as from ClickSafety, you can encounter situations where the course does not load as expected. While it can be difficult to account for all device and internet browser combinations, we have provided steps for common devices below.
Make sure pop-ups are not blocked for your web browser. The course will not load at all if pop-ups are blocked.
Apple Devices
MacBook (Safari)
- Open Safari from the desktop or dock.
- Click Safari in the top menu bar, then click Settings or Preferences.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Uncheck the box labeled "Prevent cross-site tracking" to disable cross-site tracking.
- Close the "Preferences" window and try to open the course again.
iPhone and iPad (Safari)
- Open the "Settings" app.
- Scroll down and press Safari.
- Scroll to the "Privacy & Security" section and toggle off "Prevent cross-site tracking" to disable cross-site tracking.
- Go back to Safari and try to open the course again.
Android Devices
Android Phone/Tablet (Chrome)
- Open Chrome from the app drawer/dock/homescreen.
- Press the three dots ( ⋮ ) in the top-right corner, then press Settings.
- Scroll down and press Privacy and security.
- Press Cookies and site data.
- Toggle off "Block third-party cookies" to not allow third-party cookies.
Android Phone/Tablet (Alternative browsers)
- Open the web browser.
- Press the three dots ( ⋮ ) in the top-right corner, then press Settings.
- Scroll down and look for a "Privacy and Security" or "Tracking" section.
- Look for options relating to third-party cookies and/or cross-site tracking, and disable the blocking mechanism.
