AccountLinx and SyncLinx are applications we offer that allow you to import compatible entities from your payroll/accounting system into ExakTime with SyncLinx and export time and other supported data from ExakTime Connect into your payroll/accounting system with AccountLinx. AccountLinx and SyncLinx are periodically updated to offer new features, improvements to existing features, maintain compatibility with supported applications, and address issues. We have listed our recent AccountLinx/SyncLinx releases and the date of their release to help keep you informed.

Downloading/Updating AccountLinx & SyncLinx
The latest versions of AccountLinx and SyncLinx can be downloaded and updated from our dedicated article here. SyncLinx is installed alongside AccountLinx, so you only need to install/update AccountLinx to have both applications. When opening AccountLinx or SyncLinx, you will be prompted to update the applications if there is a newer version available or to delay the update. You can check for new versions in AccountLinx by going to Tools > Check for Updates.
When installing/updating AccountLinx or SyncLinx, it is best to have all copies of AccountLinx/SyncLinx on the same version. If any copy is out of date, it may not be usable until it is updated to the latest version in use. While newer versions of AccountLinx can try to accommodate different versions of AccountLinx in use at the same time as long as they have the same minimum compatible version, it is best to have all versions on the same version to ensure consistency and compatibility.
Review Release Notes in SyncLinx or AccountLinx
If you would like to review the release notes from within SyncLinx or AccountLinx, you can do so from the "Tools" menu.

- When selecting Sage 100 Master Builder as the desired exporter, an error message comes up stating to contact support vs. stating application is not available. Upon making this selection, AccountLinx checks the system for the application files. When the files are not found, the user will be informed that Sage 100 Master Builder is not available. To resolve this message, the user must install Sale 100 Master Builder.
- When using a customer database that does not have an active AccountLinx license, the user was being directed to the Login tab instead of the Registration tab. This has been corrected to direct the user to registration to enter their license number or select a free trial.
- On the newly supported exporter of Acumatica and Procore, upon completion of mappings, active employees were graying out, which is not the correct behavior on the display. This has been corrected, and employees are no longer graying out.
- When selecting "Get Help on this exporter" on the Options screen, the help popup window was opening twice; this has been corrected, and will only open one popup.
- Resolved the AccountLinx launch error caused by a missing cefsharp dependency when the system does not include a Chrome browser installed.

- ProjectTask filtering is not removing them from the Acumatica Viewsets. This has been corrected to match the filters selected.
