Arcoro is pleased to announce the release of a new I-9 audit trail report within the Onboarding product. To comply with USCIS requirements concerning audit trail visibility and traceability, particularly in tracking access, edits, and signatory details, all key elements for electronic compliance, Arcoro’s Onboarding product now generates a report.
With this release, there are two updates to the I-9 form as well as an update to the number of records to display within various pages.

Ensuring that our electronic I-9 process meets USCIS electronic standards is critical for our customers. This enhancement enables customers to demonstrate compliance during audits, ensuring they meet both internal and federal regulatory expectations without relying on manual documentation.
Enhancements
New I-9 Audit Trail Report
A comprehensive report has been introduced under the Reports section within the Onboarding module, titled “I-9 Audit Trail Report”.
Search & Filter Capabilities:
- Search by New Hire Name
- Search by Location or Job Title
- Filter by Date Range
Included in the Report:

Complete Electronic Audit Trail
Captures and displays all user interactions related to the I-9 form including:- Created, completed, modified events
- Secure log of the user who made each change
- Date & time stamps for every action
- Details of the specific action taken (e.g., field edits, form finalization)

Signatory Audit Trail
Provides granular data on all signatories, including:- Digital signature creation
- IP address at time of signature
- Chain of custody of the document
- Timestamp for each signature
- Completion status of the form

Form Access Tracking
- Logs all user access to the I-9 form
- Captures who accessed, when they accessed, and what was viewed or edited
- Provides full historical change log with time stamps for all edits and corrections

Data Integrity and Security
- Read-only report format to maintain data integrity
- Only accessible to users with appropriate Onboarding Admin permissions

Additional information related to the report
- The location of this new report will be found within the Reports tab on Onboarding.
- The report must be exported into the csv format in order to display all of the details behind the actions taken on the form and by whom.
- The report will capture all I-9's completed following the release date of the report.
Section 1 of I-9 form
New hires will now see a required checkbox next to the attestation statement of section 1 of their part of the form.
Their signature attestation and entrance of their password will continue prior to signing any form within onboarding.
Section 2 of I-9 form
Onboarding managers will now see an updated attestation statement within section 2 of the I-9 form.
Their signature attestation will continue prior to signing any form within onboarding.
Signature Lines of I-9 Form
Added date and time stamps to the signature line of both new hire and onboarding manager.

Default Records Display on Pages
Updated the number of records to display on the user pages and reports to display 10/25/50 records per page, up from 5/10/25 records per page.
