Arcoro has released some minor changes within the onboarding product to enhance the experience for our users, including our multi-product customers.
What Does This Mean To You?
Arcoro has removed functionality within onboarding settings that do not currently have functionality. In addition, Arcoro has updated the contact step within the new hire workflow to collect telephone information.
Enhancements
"Keep Employee Records" and "Address to send Garnishments and Wage withholdings" within Company Settings
Removed these two settings within the administration settings to remove confusion or misleading functionality, as no functions were tied to them.
New Hire Step – Contact tab, Mobile Telephone
New hires will now be required to input a mobile phone number within their contact tab, and the home phone number has now been made optional to input. When one or both fields are completed by the new hire, the information will pass to other active Arcoro products (modules)
Deactivating Locations
Admins will now be able to deactivate onboarding locations rather than deleting them. This update allows administrators to view locations that are inactive and are able to reactivate, if necessary. This update follows our other products' functionality in the deactivation of locations.
With this change, the following updates were made:
- Added radio dials for setting the location as active or inactive.
- Added a column in the location table to view which locations are active or inactive.
- Removed the ability to “delete” within the action ellipse.
If you’re a customer with other Arcoro products, the ability to set a location as deactivated may not be available, for example, if you have Arcoro Payroll
Added a toggle within each Location ability to set as Active or Inactive:
