Removing Cancelled Benefits for Open Enrollment

If you are no longer offering a benefit for the new benefit year, it should be removed from the benefit plan/package to avoid incorrect benefit elections.

  1. Expand Settings and click Benefit Management from the menu.

  2. Click the name of the new benefit package.

  3. Click the Configure Benefit Structure tab.

  4. Click the checkbox to the right of a benefit plan and benefit to delete.

  5. Click Delete Selected Records from the Actions dropdown menu.

  6. Confirm the deletion.

  7. Repeat for any other benefit plans or benefits to delete.
