9/2025 - Arcoro Release Notes - Core HR & Talent Sync - Preset of Required Fields & PA Manager Field

To bring consistency in experience and data integrity between our multi-module users of Core HR and Learning/Performance, we will set some Core HR fields to be required during the initial setup and syncing.

What Does This Mean For You?

Consistency in user experience between the two modules when completing an employee profile within Core HR, the fields that are required will satisfy the required fields in Talent.

What Is New?

When Core HR and Learning and/or Performance are provisioned, the system will automatically set the following fields in Core HR as required:

  • Work Email
  • Employee ID
  • Performance Manager
  • Facility 1

You can disable the required field of Performance Manager and Facility 1 only. Core HR requires a work email and employee ID for other purposes, and it is required in Learning/Performance.

PA Manager (Full Name) field is a newly added field in the Required Fields menu and is available for use for all those utilizing Core HR.
