If you have submitted a background request for an applicant and need to cancel it, you will simply need to contact us so we can work with Wolfe to cancel it and credit your account.
Canceling and Crediting a Background Check
- Contact our support team (and any other appropriate parties as needed) with the required details, such as the name of the individual and the date the background check was initiated.

- Depending on how you requested assistance:

Via Email - You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your request. We will process your request with Wolfe as soon as we can.
- You may receive a response from our virtual assistant with additional steps, these can be disregarded if you have provided the necessary information.

Via Web Form Submission - You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your request. We will process your request with Wolfe as soon as we can.

- Via Chat - After progressing through the chat system, you will be entered into a queue for a support agent. After completing the chat, we will process your request with Wolfe.
