The new Core HR and ExakTime integration utilizes Arcoro Hub to allow the sending of employee data between our modules to help eliminate needless data entry and quicker setup of employees. Core HR will serve as the source of truth as your data flows into ExakTime with near real-time updates.
Users with other Arcoro modules integrated with Arcoro Hub, such as Talent (LMS & Performance), will also see relevant employee and location data syncing between modules for a seamless experience.
Users of the previous integration will be migrated to the new integration on a scheduled date. Communication for the migration had been sent previously, but you can contact us for more information.

Things to Note
- Core HR serves as the system of truth for integrated Arcoro Modules. Shared fields between Arcoro Modules will be read-only in ExakTime after initial save, and profiles will display the message “Employee fields displayed as read-only must be updated directly in Core HR.”
New Fields/Options
Employees Set to Contractor
Organizations using ExakTime will now see a "Contractor" checkbox on employee profiles to indicate employees who will track their time in ExakTime, but are not employed by your organization. "Contractors" will not sync to Core HR and will be excluded from Core HR Management.
The "Contractor" status for employees will be permanent when enabled for organizations using ExakTime with Core HR and Arcoro Hub. If an organization is only using ExakTime, this setting can be toggled on or off before integrating with Core HR and Arcoro Hub.
The "Contractor" checkbox will be linked to the "Employee Type" field when the feature is first released:
- Subcontractor = Contractor checkbox enabled (default)
- Hourly, Salary, or Part-Time = Contractor checkbox not enabled.
Locations Set To Not Sync
Organizations with ExakTime and Arcoro Hub will see a new setting on Location profiles, "Sync to Other Arcoro products". This setting will allow select ExakTime locations to be synced and shared with Core HR and Talent products.
The default value for new and existing locations is Off/False. You will be able to opt in select locations to sync to other Arcoro modules when adding new locations or editing existing locations.
When this checkbox is enabled, this location will sync to Core HR Facilities and Talent Locations. If the checkbox is not enabled, the location will not sync to Core HR Facilities or Talent Locations.
Location CSV Import Changes
The Location CSV Import option offers the option to specify if a location should sync to other Arcoro products. Accepted values for this field will be:
- Yes = The location imported will sync to other Arcoro products.
- No or [Blank] = The location imported will not sync to other Arcoro products.
Locations imported with this field not mapped on the file will be imported with a default value of "No".
