Core HR will have scheduled maintenance on October 28, 2025, at 9:00 PM ET (6:00 PM PT) for approximately one hour to introduce new infrastructure to improve security.

Bug Fixes
The following bugs will be addressed with the maintenance release:

| Drop down field not appearing at landing when creating workflows | Implemented a fix so that the 'Workflow is available for' dropdown shows immediately even if going directly to creating a workflow after landing on the workflows page of setting. |
| Workflow Electronic Monitoring Disclosure not allowing signatures | Implemented a fix so the ezsign signature is now working as expected. It is no longer possible to load a pdf missing its file extension so the original scenario can no longer be reproduced. |
| Prefilled Forms validation should enforce PDF file extension for form uploads. | This fix was associated with the above noted bug. Implemented a fix so that non-pdf files are no longer able to be uploaded. |
| Demographic dashboard reports are not loading | Implemented a fix so that the dashboards report now load correctly, even when employees have null values. The dashboard is still able to filter/load. |
| Password reset email missing from activity logs | Implemented a fix and the reset password email is now logged properly in the email log for the employee. |
| State Tax import error | Implemented a fix so when state tax imports are executed with errors or invalid values they will no longer update the employee tax records. |
| Error landing on Training page, no items show | Implemented a fix so when categories that have an apostrophe in the name do not cause errors navigating to the training and achievement landing page. |
| Emergency Contact Phone Number Deleted When Contact is Unchecked During Event | Implemented a fix so that when a user unchecks an emergency contact during an event it no longer removes the phone number from that emergency contact. |
| Benefits statement not refreshing | Implemented a fix so that when contribution benefits are set to percentage they now display as a percentage correctly on the benefit statement. |
| Login drops into Core, Core DB no longer active | Implemented a fix so that when attempting to log into Core HR for a user with a deactivated account, it no longer keeps you in Core HR with a "No access to this account" message. The user is redirected to "No access to this module" message. |
| Issues after HUB being enabled | Implemented a fix so that users in an invalid state of having a UserID but no ArcoroID (unable to log in) no longer generate alerts for terminated but not locked. Valid users in a state of having a UserID and ArcoroID (can log in) still generate the alert as expected if terminated by the account is not locked. |
| Intermittent "Page Load" error for user | Implemented a fix so that saving an employee through demographics, through the onboarding new hire tile both works as expected with udfs and labor classes, able to view paystubs via mobile app |
| Labor Class Assignment on Import | Implementing an update to the import named "Labor Class Employee Assignment" Fields to include the following and add the column header for "Primary Assignment". |
