The Data menu of Core HR provides menus for Importing and Exporting data from the system. The Standard Imports functionality available from the Data, Imports, Standard menu option has been updated with a user experience more consistent with the other Modules within the HRIS Application, as well as to provide for improved performance.

Import

The "Imports" menu offers pages for:

• Standard - Uses a pre-defined layout or format that populates data in specific fields within Core HR.
• Custom - Import data using a non-standard import format, as well as the option to automate the process of importing standard data from an SFTP Server.
• Paystub PDF - Upload your employees’ pay stubs.
• W2 PDF - Upload your employees’ W2 Forms.

Export

The "Exports" menu offers pages for:

• Manage - Allows administrators to extract useful data from Core HR.
• Schedules - Review and create scheduled data exports based on an existing Data export.
• History - A list of all the exports that have successfully been executed, either manually or on a schedule, over the past thirty days
• Audit Log - Lists all changes made to an export by an Administrator.
