Integrations - Advanced Settings for Applicant Tracking in Core HR

The "Integrations" tab allows you to activate additional integration features for Applicant Tracking in Core HR with CareerBuilder and ZipRecruiter. Additional fees may apply when signing up for either of these additional options. 

Expand for Navigation Steps to Integrations of Advanced Settings
  1. Expand Settings and click Applicant Tracking from the menu.

  2. Click Advanced Settings from the top menu bar.

  3. Click the Integrations tab.

When you initially arrive at the "Integrations" tab, you will be able to click the "Get Started" link to view and sign the agreement to start using the respective integration. 

CareerBuilder

Core HR has an integration with background check providers to provide a seamless solution for screening job applicants. With employment screenings, you'll never have to worry that important details are embellished or missing, or that you're pursuing the wrong people.

This service offers a full range of background screening services to help manage staffing and performance needs throughout the hiring process. 

The screening programs and packages are configured for your Account and can be activated directly within our system for both current employees & applicants/potential candidates.  These programs and services include:

  • Background checks with actionable information
  • Detailed feedback from previous employers and supervisors
  • Drug testing with paper or electronic chains of custody
  • Proactive, solutions-focused service
  • Customized web-based report delivery
  • Comprehensive, country-specific international reports

To get started with using CareerBuilder with Core HR, you will need to:

  1. Review the Terms of Agreement from the "Integrations" tab.
  2. Contact your Account Representative to receive your CareerBuilder sales rep's information.
  3. CareerBuilder will provide you with your package prices along with your credentials that will be used in HRIS. 
  4. Review the Terms of Agreement from the "Integrations" tab.
  5. Click "Configure" from the "Integrations" tab and enter your CareerBuilder Customer ID, User Name, and CareerBuilder into the provided fields.

ZipRecruiter

For a complete list of please follow this link to view the job boards with which ZipRecruiter has a partnership. They broadcast jobs to all of the sites shown in this screen, except premium job boards. This means that when the job is boosted using Core HR it will forward the jobs directly to their partners, but not to the premium sites like Monster or LinkedIn. The Boost feature also markets the job post to 25+ million subscribers to their job email list.
