They broadcast jobs to all of the sites shown in this screen MINUS the premium job boards. This means that when the job is Boosted using the HRIS Applicant Tracking module it will forward the jobs directly to their partners but not to the premium sites like Monster or LinkedIn. The Boost feature also markets the job post to 25+ Million subscribers to their job email list.
