When an Onboarding user no longer needs access or is no longer at your organization, you can make them inactive.
Navigating to Users
- Click Administration from the menu bar.
- Click the Users tab.
- Find the user from the list or use the search box.
- On the far right of the user's row, click the ... button and Edit.
- A pop-up will appear with the user's current information.
- Set the Access to Inactive.
- Click Save. The User's information will be updated.
