Single Sign On Username Options for Arcoro

"Single Sign On" (SSO) allows an organization to streamline access to multiple computer systems and applications with a single set of credentials. This can help improve security with users needing only one single robust username and password instead of numerous simple passwords that may be reused among applications.

Arcoro offers the ability to utilize SSO to help your organization's efforts to consolidate user logins, which begins with your IT team providing Arcoro with the necessary data to set up SSO. While working with Arcoro to get this implemented, you can also specify what user's SSO username is based on:

If a username should not utilize SSO, such as a shared username to utilize Kiosk Mode for Onboarding, you can contact us directly so we can disable the SSO option for the respective username.
