Reviewing Today's Schedules in ExakTime Connect

The 'Today's Schedule' page allows you to review the employees currently clocked in, employees late for their scheduled shift, employees that did not clock in to their shift, and those that were early to their shift.

Navigating to Today's Schedule

Click Schedules from the menu bar and click Today's Schedule.

The page will show you a series of panels with employees listed if they qualify. If there are no employees to list, the panel will show the "No Employees are Clocked In/Late/No Show/Early" text.

Clocked In Employees & Late for Shift

  • Clocked In Employees - This panel will list employees currently clocked in
  • Late for Shift - This panel will list employees that are late for their scheduled shift. For an employee to be listed as late for their shift, you must set up the notification settings under Company Settings for the threshold as to when an employee is considered late for a shift. No Show for Shift and Early for Shift

  • No Show for Shift - This panel will list employees that did not clock in to their scheduled shift.
  • Early for Shift - This panel will list employees that clocked in early to their shift. For an employee to be listed as early for their shift, you must set up the notification settings under Company Settings for the threshold as to when an employee is considered early for a shift. Field Notes

The field notes panel will allow you to review and add additional field notes.
